The Feb. 18 TEDx JHUDC occasion was organized by a staff of Johns Hopkins college students led by Tomas Solari Yrigoyen, a pupil in Carey’s MS Enterprise Risk Management program. Three Carey professors spoke at the event: Vice Dean and Professor Kevin Frick, Professor Bill Agresti, and Thomas Stanton, an adjunct college member at JHU's Krieger School of Arts and Sciences. Frick, who serves as Carey’s vice dean for schooling, spoke on the subject of mentorship, and he shared several tales about being a mentor and mentee during his career as a public well being professional and school member at Carey and the Bloomberg School of Public Health. He spoke about the current state of cybersecurity and the way to reduce digital danger efficiently within the enterprise world. Click right here to view Agresti’s discuss. Stanton is a previous president of the Association for Federal Enterprise Risk Management and an adjunct faculty member at Krieger. In addition to this occasion, the Carey Business School has an ongoing partnership with the TEDx Mid-Atlantic event, held annually in the fall.
